At LOBO Store, we are committed to delivering your fashion apparel quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and procedures for orders placed on lobostore.in.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India only. We deliver to all states and union territories, including:
- All major metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.)
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Rural and remote areas (delivery times may vary)
- Pin codes serviced by our courier partners
Note: We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping may be available in the future.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
- India Post
- Xpressbees
The courier partner is assigned based on your location and product availability. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Pre-orders: As mentioned on the product page
- Custom/Personalized Items: 3-5 business days
- Sale/Promotional Periods: 2-3 business days (due to high volume)
Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Note: Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
Metro Cities & Major Urban Areas
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)
Tier 2 Cities & Towns
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (where available)
Rural & Remote Areas
- Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days
- Express Delivery: Not available
Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by:
- Weather conditions and natural disasters
- Political unrest or strikes
- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Public holidays and festivals
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- COVID-19 or other health emergencies
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order value
- Delivery location (pin code)
- Weight and dimensions of the package
- Shipping method selected
Standard Shipping Rates
- Orders above ₹749: FREE shipping across India
- Orders below ₹749: ₹49 shipping charge
- Remote/difficult areas: Additional ₹50-100 may apply
Express Shipping Rates (Where Available)
- Metro cities: ₹199
- Other cities: ₹249
Note: Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping offers may be available during promotional periods.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following online payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Net Banking (all major banks)
- Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc.)*
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We are working to introduce this payment option soon.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS notification with tracking link
- WhatsApp updates (if opted in)
How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your account on lobostore.in
- Go to "My Orders" section
- Click on the order you want to track
- Click on "Track Order" to see real-time status
Alternatively, you can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.
Tracking Status Meanings
- Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and payment is confirmed
- Processing: Your order is being prepared and packed
- Packed: Your order has been packed and is ready for pickup
- Shipped: Your order has been picked up by the courier partner
- In Transit: Your order is on the way to your delivery address
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with the delivery person and will be delivered today
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered
8. Delivery Procedure
What to Expect
- The delivery person will call you before delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Valid ID proof may be required for high-value orders
- Signature confirmation will be taken upon delivery
Delivery Attempts
- The courier will make 3 delivery attempts
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us
- You will be notified via SMS/email for each delivery attempt
- You can reschedule delivery or change the address (subject to courier partner policies)
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address: You may need to pay re-shipping charges
- Customer unavailable: Courier will attempt redelivery
- Refused delivery: Return shipping charges may apply and refund will be processed minus shipping costs
- Unserviceable pin code: Order will be cancelled and full refund will be processed
9. Package Inspection
We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery:
- Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging
- Do not accept packages that appear tampered with or severely damaged
- Take photos/videos if you notice any damage
- Report any issues to us within 24 hours of delivery
Note: Once you accept and sign for the delivery, it is considered that the package was received in good condition. Please inspect carefully before signing.
10. Shipping Address
Important Guidelines
- Provide complete and accurate shipping address with pin code
- Include landmark for easy location
- Provide a working mobile number for delivery updates
- Double-check your address before placing the order
- We cannot change the address once the order is shipped
Address Modification
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately at lobostore.in@gmail.com to modify the address
- After shipment: Address changes may not be possible; contact the courier partner directly using the tracking number
11. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items:
- We try to ship all items together in one package
- If items are in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- Shipping charges apply only once (not per item)
- Delivery times may vary for different shipments
12. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-order or backordered items:
- Expected shipping date will be mentioned on the product page
- You will be notified if there are any delays
- Other in-stock items in your order may be shipped separately
- You can choose to wait for all items or receive partial shipments
13. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
- Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, mailbox, security office)
- Wait 24 hours as sometimes tracking updates are delayed

with your order number - We will investigate with the courier partner
- If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
- If already accepted, take photos/videos immediately showing the damage
- Contact us within 24 hours at lobostore.in@gmail.com
- Provide order number, photos, and description of damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
14. Holidays and Peak Seasons
During festivals, sales, and peak seasons:
- Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual
- We will display estimated delivery dates on the website
- Place orders early to ensure timely delivery
- Customer support response times may be slightly delayed
Major holidays affecting delivery: Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, Independence Day, and regional festivals.

Return shipping:
- Free return pickup for defective, damaged, or wrong items

Gift Orders
- You can ship orders to a different address as a gift
- Invoice will not include pricing (on request - mention in order notes)
- Gift wrapping may be available (check at checkout)
